Cappuccino with milk foam

I have always liked making my own coffee, especially the kind of strong cappuccino. A cup of warm cappuccino is the warmest memory of the entire winter. However, for some reason, the milk foam I made was always thin. Until one day, I accidentally took milk directly from the refrigerator to make milk foam, and accidentally made super thick milk foam. I joked that I had accidentally discovered Starbucks’ trade secret, haha.

Steps to make super thick milk foam:

1. Refrigerate a 250ml bottle of milk for more than 12 hours.

2. Use a milk frother to make super thick milk foam.

3. Add the thick milk foam to the freshly ground coffee.
