Coffee and milk foaming techniques: perfect presentation of mellow and rich taste

Coffee is an indispensable drink for many people every morning, and coffee with milk foam is even more intoxicating. It is not difficult to make a cup of fragrant and rich coffee with milk foam at home. You only need to master some basic skills and methods. This article will introduce several common methods of making milk foam to help you easily enjoy the perfect taste at home.

1. Manual whipping method

Manual whipping is one of the most traditional and simplest ways to make milk foam. First, prepare milk and a container. Pour the milk into the container and stir it quickly with a spoon or a stirring stick until a lot of bubbles and rich and dense milk foam appear.

Next, boil water in a pot and place the container in the hot water to heat. Keep stirring the milk until the temperature reaches about 70-80 degrees Celsius (you can use a thermometer for more precise control). At this point, remove the container from the hot water and continue stirring the milk until the foam becomes thicker.

Finally, pour the whipped milk foam into the coffee cup and gently shake the cup to evenly distribute the milk foam. You can add appropriate amount of sugar or chocolate powder to taste.

2. Manual rocking method

The manual shaking method is a relatively quick and convenient way to make milk froth. First, prepare a sealed container with a lid (such as a thermos cup). Pour the milk into the container and close the lid tightly.

Next, firmly grasp the container and shake it up and down quickly for about 30 seconds. This will create lots of bubbles in the milk and create rich, dense foam.

Then, open the lid and heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds (the specific time depends on the power of the microwave). Take it out and shake it vigorously several times again to release the remaining gas and form a thicker milk foam.

Finally, pour the whipped milk foam into the coffee cup and gently shake the cup to evenly distribute the milk foam. Add appropriate amount of sugar or chocolate powder to taste.

3. Electric Whipping Method

If you have an electric whisk or blender, it will be easier and quicker to make milk froth. First, prepare the milk and a deep, narrow container (such as a high-sided bowl).

Pour the milk into a container and start beating it with an electric whisk or blender on low speed. Over time, increase the speed to medium-high speed to create more bubbles and a denser milk foam.

When the milk becomes thick and has a lot of bubbles, stop stirring and check if the temperature has reached about 70-80 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is too high, let it cool down a little before continuing.

Finally, pour the whipped milk foam into the coffee cup and gently shake the cup to evenly distribute the milk foam. Add appropriate amount of sugar or chocolate powder to taste.

Summarize
