Fancy Coffee

The most commonly ordered Latte, Cappuccino, Espresso, Americano, and Mocha are:

Espresso

Using an espresso machine to brew finely ground and compacted coffee powder with high-pressure water makes the coffee more intense than other methods. Due to the higher concentration of suspended matter and the reddish-brown coffee crema on the surface, the taste is strong and rich. Espresso can be single, double, and triple, using a ratio of approximately 7, 14, and 21 grams of ground coffee powder.

Capacity: 25ml Brewing time: 25 seconds Caffeine: ★★★☆☆

Espresso Con Panna

It is a kind of Italian fancy coffee. The black and white appearance can be clearly seen in the transparent glass cup, so it is also called Snow Mountain Coffee. The biggest feature of Combo Blue is the cold cream and hot espresso. Generally speaking, it does not need to be stirred before drinking Combo Blue. The strong and rich espresso is mixed with the sweet cream, and the taste is dense and smooth. In addition, it has a unique flavor when taken hot or cold.

Capacity: 60ml Brewing time: 30 seconds Caffeine: ★★★★☆

Americano

American coffee can be said to be a general term for black coffee. Whether it is coffee brewed in a French press or a hand brewing pot, it can be generally called American coffee. In Italy, American coffee is usually made by placing a cup of hot water next to espresso for you to add. The ratio of espresso to water depends on personal taste, which is about 1:12. American coffee tastes lighter and does not have the strong taste of Italian espresso. Of course, it is easier for people who do not drink coffee to accept it.

Capacity: 360ml Brewing time: 30 seconds Caffeine: ★★★☆☆

Caffè latte

Latte means milk in Italian. When you go to Italy, you must not order latte directly, otherwise the waiter will bring you a cup of hot milk instead of coffee. It can be seen that milk is the protagonist of this cup of coffee. The standard ratio is about 1/6 espresso, 4/6 hot milk, and 1/6 milk foam. In addition, you can also add different flavors such as cinnamon and vanilla. Due to the high proportion of milk and thick milk foam, the taste is sweeter, smoother and more delicate.

Capacity: 240ml Brewing time: 60 seconds Caffeine: ★★★☆☆

Cappuccino

Cappuccino means foamy coffee in Italian, and also refers to the loose robes and small pointed hats of Franciscan monks (just like the brown color of cappuccino). The difference between cappuccino and latte is the mixing ratio, espresso, fresh milk and milk foam are 1:1:1 respectively. First pour espresso, hot milk, and finally a thick layer of milk foam, and then sprinkle cinnamon powder, cocoa powder or citrus and lemon peels to add flavor.

Capacity: 180ml Brewing time: 60 seconds Caffeine: ★★★☆☆

Café Mocha

Also a type of Italian fancy coffee, the base is espresso, and the ratio of espresso to chocolate syrup, fresh milk and milk foam is 1:0.5:1.5:1. Chocolate can also be added in the form of white chocolate. The most obvious flavor of mocha coffee is the slightly bitter and burnt aroma of cocoa. Some fancy mocha coffee can also be decorated with cream, cocoa powder and marshmallows on the milk foam to enhance the characteristics and aroma of the coffee.

Capacity: 240ml Brewing time: 2 minutes Caffeine: ★★★☆☆

Caramel Macchiato

The Italian word means "brand", just like a sweet mark, and it contains espresso, vanilla and caramel, and you can taste three aromas at once. Generally speaking, it cannot be stirred before drinking, so your lips will be covered with sweet milk foam and thick caramel sauce, followed by vanilla-flavored milk foam, and finally the rich and sweet espresso. However, compared with latte and cappuccino, the proportion of espresso in caramel macchiato is higher.

Irish Coffee

Some people say that Irish coffee is a cocktail, not coffee. In fact, it makes sense because Irish coffee itself is made with whiskey, which not only has the aroma of coffee but also the aroma of wine. The method of making Irish coffee is usually to pour sugar first, then burn the alcohol in the whiskey to slightly caramelize the sugar juice, then add espresso, and finally add fresh cream. The charming aroma floats in the air and enters the nasal cavity, colliding and blending with each other, which is the most suitable for a warm cup in winter.

Capacity: 180ml Brewing time: 3 minutes Caffeine: ★★★★☆

Viennese coffee

As the name suggests, Viennese coffee is the favorite way of drinking coffee for the people of Vienna, Austria. First, sprinkle a thin layer of sugar or fine rock sugar on the bottom of the warm coffee cup, then pour in espresso and garnish with fresh cream. The taste is like a trio, tasting the bitterness and rich aroma of espresso in the delicate syrup, and finally the warm fresh cream taste blended in the coffee; as for American Viennese coffee, chocolate syrup is also added, so of course the calories are higher!

Latte is milk, not coffee

“I usually only drink latte”

in the country, if you order a latte, the Chinese barista will make you a coffee latte by default.

If you are in Italy, Spain or other countries, and you ask for a latte, the barista will definitely give you a glass of milk.

Many lattes in coffee shops today do not contain a drop of coffee, such as matcha latte, black tea latte, and the five-grain latte that is popular in many Korean coffee shops.

Honey, I tell you,

Latte is milk, not coffee.

"Latte" is the transliteration of the Italian word "milk". What we usually call "latte" is actually just the abbreviation of "latte coffee (Caffee Latte)".

The lightest and finest milk froth will float on the top.

Black Tea Latte

Black tea latte is made by mixing black tea extract or black tea bag with milk in a ratio of 1:4. It has a mellow and fragrant taste and is a very healthy drink.
