Good coffee is what customers like

Good coffee is what customers like

Anything worth doing is worth doing, even worth overdoing. - Haruki Murakami

I prefer to pretend to be a top student using a magnifying glass and a telescope to understand the maximum value of coffee. (Simple and easy to remember.)

Customers' love for coffee and stable production are aspects of maximizing the value of coffee beans. It is the responsibility of the store's baristas to present the best flavor of the coffee beans to customers, so that customers will love it and retain their demand.

Every morning, a coffee addict comes to our store to drink coffee. He said, "Our company has coffee machines, coffee beans, milk, and all the necessary equipment. I also make coffee myself, but I just can't make the coffee taste like yours. I like your coffee so much, and your service is so good that I feel very comfortable." He still keeps the habit of coming to drink coffee and sign in every day.

Of course, a good cup of coffee alone is not enough. Anyone can have good coffee, but a good coffee shop can bring changes in habits and concepts to customers, and these come from your products, customer experience and environment, not just a good cup of coffee .

Only by looking at close objects with a magnifying glass can we see the essence through the surface phenomenon. The coffee beans produced in the store will tend to be more popular, but there will be differences in taste. The most important thing is customer satisfaction.

From the perspective of professional competitions, such as barista competitions, contestants will choose coffee beans that are suitable for the competition based on the theme of the competition and the concept you want to express. I specifically consulted Mingming and Teacher Zeng on this issue.

When it comes to choosing beans, I tend to prefer coffee beans with a higher cost-performance ratio, provided that the flavor of the coffee beans meets my expectations.

When choosing a theme, you will look for coffee beans that match the theme according to the setting. Generally, you will choose from several types: service (better coffee experience), coffee texture (mellowness), flavor (floral and fruity flavor), sweetness , aroma , extraction , roasting , etc.

Only when you fall in love with this cup of coffee can you play your true self, conquer the judges and achieve results.

Watching the competition with a telescope will help you do better now and improve yourself with a goal! For coffee beans in professional competitions, the most important thing is the satisfaction of the judges and yourself!

Only by combining the capabilities of store production and professional competitions can we get closer to the essence of coffee.

The place where the value of coffee is maximized is the coffee shop itself. The quality of coffee directly affects the store's profits and captures the hearts of customers. Coffee can only maximize its value if it is attached to the coffee shop.

In Keigo Higashino's "White Night Walk", Ryoji Kirihara and Yukiho Nishimoto are compared to the mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship between a pistol shrimp and a goby, maximizing the value of each.

Coffee beans themselves are not particularly out of reach, but they need to rely on some production tools to present their most original taste. Coffee that customers love to drink is good coffee.

Although I am a barista, I will not deify coffee, because it is just a cup of drink that can make you full of energy and satisfy your drinking needs, nothing more .
