How to brew coffee beans to make you taste delicious and mellow coffee

Coffee is a must-have drink for many people in the morning. It not only refreshes the mind, but also brings a delicious and mellow taste. However, to taste a perfect cup of coffee, it is not as simple as just choosing good coffee beans. The details in the brewing process are also crucial. Here is how to brew coffee beans so that you can taste delicious and mellow coffee.

First, you need to prepare freshly ground coffee beans and an appropriate amount of water before brewing. Freshly ground coffee beans can ensure better release of aroma and flavor. It is recommended to use beans ground from medium coarse or medium fine so that the oils and solutes in the coffee powder can be fully extracted when brewing.

Secondly, when choosing a brewing tool, you need to consider personal taste preferences and convenience. Common tools include drip, French press, espresso pot, and many other tools to choose from. Drip is the most common, simplest, and most suitable for home use, while French press can produce a stronger coffee. No matter which tool you choose, you need to keep the brewing water temperature at around 90℃ to fully extract the aroma and flavor of the coffee beans.

Finally, you need to master the timing and proportions during the brewing process. Generally speaking, 7-10 grams of coffee powder is needed for every 100 ml of water. Put the ground coffee powder into filter paper or a metal filter and sprinkle it evenly on the bottom. Then, use an appropriate amount of hot water to perform a pre-wetting (blooming) step, and wait for about 30 seconds for the coffee powder to expand and release carbon dioxide. Next, pay attention to maintaining a steady flow rate when slowly and evenly pouring the remaining hot water, and avoid excessive stirring to prevent bitterness.

The coffee brewed through the above steps will bring you delicious, mellow, rich taste, and full of sweetness. Of course, in practice, you can also adjust the ratio and time according to your personal taste to find the brewing method that suits you best. In any case, the key is to keep the coffee beans fresh and master the brewing details correctly to taste a satisfying cup of coffee.
