The aroma of coffee has filled every moment of life. It can refresh people when working, bring comfort and happiness in leisure time, make people lazy when alone, and bring warmth when sharing with good friends and family. Here I will share with you several ways to brew coffee. 1. Drip filter The drip coffee brewing method originated in France and is simple to operate. Add coffee powder to the filter paper on the funnel; add hot water until the coffee powder is soaked; pour all the hot water into the pot and drink it. It is simple, clean and easy to operate. You can start brewing as long as you have filter paper. The brewed coffee has a lower consistency and a delicate and complex taste. If you are just starting to get interested in coffee, drip coffee is definitely the best choice. 2. Hand-washing The coffee hand-poured kettle adopts an integrated design with an elegant shape. The operation presents a high-end beauty and exquisiteness. The hand-poured kettle has different sizes. The smallest size is called "3 cups", and the coffee produced can fill 2 ordinary-sized mugs. When brewing, you can choose a hand-poured kettle of different sizes according to the specific occasion, such as a party or drinking alone. First warm the coffee cup and brewing utensils, fold the filter paper along the bottom edge and the side sewing line, open the filter paper and install it on the filter cup, measure the coffee powder and pour it into the filter paper, and shake the filter cup left and right to make the surface of the coffee powder flat, and use hot water at about 90 degrees Celsius to evenly and slowly wet the surface of the coffee, steam for 20-30 seconds, and then slowly pour hot water from the center to the surroundings 2-3 times, and then draw a circle from the surroundings to the center. The coffee brewed in this way tastes clean and has a low to medium consistency. Invite three or five friends to brew a few cups of coffee elegantly. After experiencing the beautiful visual experience, ignite the passion of the taste buds! 3. Pressure infiltration Since its birth in 1929, the French Press has always had a group of staunch supporters. Among the many coffee utensils, it can be regarded as the most convenient way to extract coffee, so it is also regarded as the best endorsement for lazy people. French Presses come in various sizes and can be used for single cups or for parties. Moreover, it is self-contained and does not require any other tools except the pot itself when brewing. This is the easiest and least skillful way to brew coffee, which directly presents the true color of coffee beans, showing the essence and roasting degree of coffee beans. It is the so-called "lazy coffee". Use a glass pot with a filter on the top of the pot, pour in the coffee powder, heat water and soak for about 4 minutes, slowly press the pressure rod, remove the coffee grounds and drink. The coffee brewed in this way has a significantly higher consistency than drip coffee, and the flavor is complex and diverse, which is very suitable for espresso lovers. 4. Italian The extraction of each cup of Espresso is a dialogue between classical craftsmanship and modern technology. The appearance and taste of each cup of Espresso is also a general report of the physical examination of coffee beans. This is done with high pressure. The upper and lower layers of the Italian coffee pot are screwed together, the lower pot is filled with water, and the coffee powder is added to the coffee grid in the middle. When heated, the water in the lower pot surges upward, passes through the coffee powder through a conduit in the center of the pot, and gathers in the upper pot, allowing the steam to quickly pass through the coffee powder to extract the fragrant coffee. If you are careful enough, you can use this coffee pot to brew rich, wonderful coffee with a consistency close to espresso; but if you are not careful, the water will dry up. So, if you feel that you are not careful enough, you should give up this brewing method~ 5. Siphon type The siphon coffee pot has been around for nearly 200 years. It has a beautiful shape and a complex and delicate structure. The coffee brewed is clear and has no sediment. The taste is clean and rich, but it is not easy to master. With a siphon coffee pot, the boiling hot water is poured onto the coffee powder using the siphon principle to simmer the coffee to bring out the original flavor. If you are a coffee technician or want to be a pioneer and retro steampunk, this brewing method is definitely not to be missed. When using it, you need to prepare a burner or an iodine tungsten lamp for heating. This combustion device is not easy to fiddle with, but once you master it, you can enjoy a wonderful visual experience. The most dramatic scene in the process of coffee beans turning into coffee is when the water rises, and you hold your breath in anticipation of the moment when it turns into coffee and falls. This is a classic and never-out-of-fashion coffee extraction method. 6. Instant Freshly ground coffee is too troublesome, so instant coffee has become the first choice for most people. When brewing instant coffee, you must first read the brewing instructions written by the manufacturer, what water temperature is required for brewing, how much water is required, etc. Taking "Vilavie" cold brew coffee as an example, a small strip of coffee is 35g, and 180ML of water (85℃~ 90℃) is required. Put the water in a kettle and heat it to a boil, then pour the boiled water directly into the coffee cup, let the coffee cup be heated as a whole for 30 seconds, pour out the hot water in the coffee cup, and then brew the coffee. Still taking "Vilavie" cold brew coffee as an example, when brewing, we first pour 180ML of water (85℃~ 90℃) into a special coffee cup, and then pour a small bag of coffee into the cup, gently stir it evenly, and let the coffee powder melt completely under the action of hot water. To brew a delicious cup of coffee, you must not only choose the right brewing method, but also be familiar with the operation of each step, calculate the water temperature, water amount and coffee amount to grams, and ensure that there are no delays in each step. This is the embodiment of the enthusiasm of every coffee lover. |
