Coffee is a popular drink with many varieties and brewing methods. As a coffee lover...oh...no...a person who will die without coffee, a cup of coffee every day has become a habit. But different people have different Hamlets in their hearts, and the Hamlet in my heart is espresso with thick fat. Speaking of espresso, I'd like to quote Baidu for some scientific knowledge. "Espresso" is an Italian coffee word, which means "on the spur of the moment" and "for you". It is generally translated as Italian espresso in China. It is made of 7-8 grams of deeply roasted mixed coffee beans, ground into extremely fine coffee powder, and then quickly extracted into 30 ml of strong coffee liquid in 15 seconds after being exposed to 9 atmospheres of pressure and high-temperature hot water of about 92 degrees Celsius. The most important thing for a successful cup of "Espresso" is to see whether there is a thick layer of brown-red oil foam floating on the surface: "Crema". The latte, mocha, cappuccino and other coffees we drink every day are all made on the basis of espresso. The rich espresso, sweet milk and delicate foam create different flavors and rich layers, which is simply irresistible for me as a lover. It must be great to be able to have a cup of espresso anytime and anywhere to satisfy your craving, and Wacaco minipresso really fulfills my wish. When I first saw the minipresso, I couldn’t believe that such a small thing could make espresso. But the reviews from netizens planted the seeds in my mind. The price of $59 (300+ RMB) plus direct domestic delivery finally made me determined to buy one on the official website (http://www.wacaco.com/). The official website does not have built-in Chinese, so if you want to see the Chinese interface, you can only translate it through third-party software. The website only has two versions: GR coffee powder version and CA capsule version. Compared with coffee powder, capsules have more stable quality control, but the later costs are higher than coffee powder, so I, a loser, silently chose the GR version. The logistics of minipresso goes through ems, and it took about 4 days to get to me. The speed is quite satisfactory. Of course, the first thing I did after getting it was to have a cup of espresso to satisfy my craving. The coffee powder that I have been waiting for for a long time can finally be combined. I am a little excited when I think about it~ Unscrew the top cover of the coffee machine and you can add coffee powder. The small spoon that comes with it is just right for a full spoonful. Place the ground coffee into the filter bowl. Wipe off the excess coffee grounds without compacting them, as long as the grounds are not higher than the filter bowl, because they will be compacted when you tighten the lid. Next, turn the coffee maker upside down, unscrew the lid on the other end and add hot water. The higher the water temperature, the better, but the water level should be within the horizontal line in the cup. Now that the fusion is complete, the next step is to officially extract it. Turn the knob on the fuselage and a long black object will pop up. A normal adult male can complete the in and out pressurization process with one hand, and a woman with less strength can also complete the pressurization process with both hands. The first 5 or 6 presses feel very easy, it is purely a process of accumulating pressure. Then you will obviously feel the resistance on your hands. As you continue to apply force to the pressure rod, coffee will spray out from the outlet below. Coffee will come out with every squeeze, and the whole process is like milking. After squeezing it about 18 times, all the hot water was used up, and a cup of espresso with thick fat was placed in front of me. If you have a cup of espresso when camping outdoors, your coffee craving will be half satisfied. If you want to be more satisfied, it would be best to have a box of hot milk. Since it is not easy for me to heat milk outdoors, I drank the espresso outdoors and went back to work indoors. =======================Painting style dividing line========================= While remaking the espresso, I heated the boxed milk with boiling water, then cut the top of the box and used an electric milk frother to froth the milk. After making the espresso, pour in the whipped milk while it’s still hot and a cup of Italian coffee is ready. A spoonful of coffee powder, a cup of hot water, a box of readily available boxed milk and a minipresso, just a few simple steps make espresso approachable, and one has to admire the portability of this Wacaco coffee machine. As for the taste, the purpose of this machine is only to satisfy the desire of enthusiasts to have a cup of espresso anytime and anywhere. If you want to force its extraction quality to match that of a professional machine, it will not be suitable. After all, the minipresso only has a pressure of 8 bar (the standard extraction pressure is 15 bar) and the pressure is not constant throughout the process. The extracted espresso is definitely not as stable and pure as that of a professional machine, and cannot satisfy the ultimate taste. But if you can have a cup of espresso with excellent tasting and decent taste when you are outdoors, it is also a rare enjoyment. Imagine taking out this artifact and filling yourself a cup of espresso under the beautiful starry sky, taking a sip of coffee and glancing at the starry sky, waiting for the falling stars. That leisurely scene is really beautiful. The copyright of this article is jointly owned by the author and What's Worth Buying. Reprinting is prohibited without permission.
