Make instant coffee 10 times more delicious, add ice to coffee and keep the original flavor. It's so simple

After get off work, I had a cup of coffee and went straight to the gym. Instant coffee is the most convenient, but I had to endure the bad taste in the past. It turns out that the method to make instant coffee 10 times more delicious is so simple, and coffee with ice can actually keep the original flavor...

I am not a coffee lover, and I don’t know much about it. I just use coffee because it can refresh me and help with training. But instant coffee is really not that good. Today I found out there is a little trick.

No professional equipment or sophisticated skills are needed. It turns out that we have been brewing instant coffee incorrectly. A small change can make the taste of instant coffee different. The only thing needed is cold water. It's incredible...

Material

1 pack of instant coffee

Cold (room temperature) water

Hot water

How to do it▼

First, mix instant coffee with a little cold boiled water.

(Make sure the instant coffee granules are completely dissolved)

Just pour in hot water and you’re done!

It's that simple

Whether it is the aroma or the taste of drinking

They are much better than the instant coffee that is just made by adding hot water.

The reason why it tastes better is that if you use hot water to brew instant coffee directly, the starch in the coffee will harden, making the brewed coffee taste "powdery". If you use cold water to dissolve it first, this problem will not occur, and the coffee will naturally taste better. You may want to try it out.

In addition, I often want to drink iced coffee in the hot summer. I usually put 3-4 ice cubes, but usually the coffee tastes lighter. Friends who like it don’t care, but I definitely have a strong taste, strong tea, strong coffee….

I also learned a little trick today, which is to brew coffee in advance and use coffee to freeze ice cubes. If you like to add milk, freeze the milk into ice cubes. Next time you want to drink iced coffee, throw in a few cubes of frozen coffee or milk. It’s that simple. This way you avoid the problem of ice cubes affecting the taste of the coffee.
