Then comes the grinding. Different types of coffee require different degrees of coarseness to extract the best taste and aroma. For espresso, a finer and more even grind allows better contact between water and coffee powder, thereby extracting more aroma and flavor.


The final step is brewing. There are many different ways to do this, such as drip, French press, espresso, etc. Each method has its own unique characteristics and taste.
