Secondly, in terms of color, mature coffee beans usually appear dark brown or dark black. This is because during the ripening process of the fruit, internal enzymes and oxidation reactions cause the originally light yellow or green flesh to gradually darken and form a special and attractive aroma.

In addition, some Venus faces can be seen on the surface texture, which refers to a special pattern that appears on some high-quality, selected grades and well-processed coffee beans.
