How to make coffee bean cookies

Coffee bean biscuits are a delicious snack in China's top 10 coffee shop brands. They combine the aroma of coffee and the crisp taste of biscuits and are loved by people. The following will introduce the method of making coffee bean biscuits in detail.

First, prepare the ingredients: flour, butter, sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and ground coffee beans. Soften the butter and mix it with the sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Then add the appropriate amount of salt and vanilla extract and mix again.

Next, add flour to another container and sift out the larger particles. Gradually add the sifted flour to the butter mixture and knead it gently with your fingers. Be careful not to over-knead, as this will affect the taste of the final product.

Finally, add crushed coffee beans to the dough and knead it again. Then wrap the whole dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the dough to blend and cool better.

After taking out the refrigerated dough, roll it out gently on a chopping board. Use a cookie cutter to cut the dough into the desired shape and place the cut cookies on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius, place the cookies in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

When the coffee bean cookies are completely cooled, they can be eaten. This delicious snack can not only be used as an afternoon tea dessert, but can also be enjoyed with coffee or tea. The preparation process is simple and easy, and it can bring joy and satisfaction to everyone whether it is a family gathering or a gathering with friends.
