Finally, in terms of management, attention should be paid to pest control and picking techniques. Common coffee bean pests and diseases include leaf rust, aphids, and weevils. In order to prevent and control these pests and diseases, pesticides can be sprayed regularly or biological control methods can be used. Picking techniques are also one of the important factors affecting coffee quality. Generally speaking, it is more appropriate to pick when the maturity reaches more than 80%, and the skin of the beans should be avoided as much as possible.
