Coffee bean grinding: making mellow coffee powder!

Coffee bean grinding: making mellow coffee powder!

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world, and making a cup of mellow coffee is inseparable from carefully ground coffee beans. Here is how to make mellow coffee powder with a rich taste and aroma.

First of all, it is very important to choose high-quality coffee beans. Freshness is the key factor to ensure taste and aroma. It is recommended to buy unroasted or just recently roasted green beans and store them in a dry and cool place before use.

Secondly, prepare the right grinding equipment. Manual or electric is fine, but make sure the equipment can evenly grind the coffee beans into relatively uniform sized particles.

Next comes the actual operation. Put the appropriate amount of green beans (depending on personal taste and the number of cups required) into the grinder and adjust the machine settings to obtain the desired degree of fineness. Generally speaking, a medium fineness is required for a drip pot (such as a hand-pour pot); while a coarser grind is required for an immersion pot (such as a French press).

Before you start grinding, you can preheat the coffee beans slightly. This will help release more aroma and oils and improve the taste of the coffee. But be careful not to overheat, so as not to affect the quality of the coffee.

When the machine is ready, you can start the operation. Press the start button or turn the handle and watch the beans being crushed into powder. Adjust the time and speed according to the desired fineness and the machine's performance.

When finished, turn on the machine and pour out the freshly made mellow coffee powder. At this time, you can gently touch the powder with your fingers to feel its fineness and moistness.

Finally, store freshly squeezed coffee in an airtight container as soon as possible before use and keep it in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.

In summary, when making mellow coffee powder, you need to choose high-quality green beans, grind them evenly and carefully with suitable equipment, and pay attention to proper preheating. The coffee powder produced in this way will bring a rich taste and aroma, allowing you to enjoy a cup of delicious coffee.
