① Induce heart disease. If you drink more than 5 cups of coffee a day, the probability of suffering from heart disease is twice as high as those who do not drink coffee. If you drink more than 9 cups of coffee a day, serum cholesterol will increase significantly.

② Induce myocardial infarction. Long-term and large-dose drinking of coffee will increase the heart rate, arrhythmia, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol, which will cause coronary heart disease. Once patients with coronary heart disease drink a lot of coffee, it will cause coronary artery spasm, angina pectoris or myocardial infarction.

③ Excite the cerebral cortex. When the human body consumes a large amount of caffeine, it will promote the excitement of the cerebral cortex, and the human body will experience irritability, nervous tension, tremors in hands and feet, panic, insomnia, headaches and other phenomena.

④ Cause headaches. If a person who has been drinking a lot of coffee for a long time suddenly stops drinking coffee, he will experience caffeine withdrawal headache. In this case, it is best to replace coffee with tea first and slowly reduce coffee intake.

⑤ Affects digestion and absorption. A large amount of coffee ingested by the human body will increase the secretion of gastric acid, aggravate gastric and duodenal ulcers, and have a bad effect on the gastrointestinal function of the human body.

⑥Cause miscarriage. If women still drink coffee during pregnancy, the fetus will be deformed, miscarried, premature, etc. Even if they can give birth to the fetus smoothly, the child will have various problems. Therefore, pregnant women should not drink coffee.
