4. Cold Brew

Cold brew is a special filtering method that takes longer to brew the coffee and uses cold water instead of hot water.

First, place an appropriate amount of ground coffee (usually about 15 grams per cup) at the bottom of the container.

Then, slowly pour in an appropriate amount of cold water and gently stir to evenly soak the coffee grounds. Be careful not to use too much force to avoid compacting the coffee grounds.

Next, cover the container and leave it at room temperature for at least 12 hours. This will allow the coffee to fully infuse and release its aroma and taste compounds.

Finally, strain the steeped coffee through a paper or metal filter and pour it into the cup at an angle. This will retain all the sediment and solid particles and leave only the pure liquid portion.
