Coffee is a magical drink. It can bring people endless enjoyment and memories, and can also become an indispensable part of people's lives. As a barista, I deeply feel the youthful atmosphere exuded by coffee.

Every morning when I walk into the coffee shop, I can feel the passion. From preparing beans, grinding powder, brewing drinks to serving them to customers, every step requires our full commitment. This commitment is not only a technical requirement, but more importantly, it is the sincerity and passion in our work and customers.

Unlimited creativity

There is no fixed pattern to follow in the process of making coffee. On the contrary, while ensuring the stability of the basic taste, we can also innovate and try according to our understanding of flavor and aroma. For example, add a little lemon peel aroma to the classic American black coffee, or add some sweet chocolate sauce to latte. These creativity and attempts can bring new flavors to coffee and make us feel the infinite possibilities of youth.

As a barista, I have the honor of meeting many friends who love coffee. I exchange ideas and experiences about coffee with them every day, and share my understanding of different beans, roasting degrees, and brewing methods. This kind of sharing and communication is not only an improvement in technology, but also a constant supplement of youthful vitality.

Growth and progress

From being able to simply brew a cup of black coffee at first to now being able to make a variety of complex and exquisite handicrafts with a full range of varieties and rich and diverse tastes; from being able to read while doing things at first to now being able to easily cope with a high-intensity work rhythm and maintain high-quality output; from being able to only imitate others to now being able to think independently and create coffee of my own style. Along the way, I have continued to grow and improve, and I have also felt the power of youth.

Busy and tired

However, as a barista, not all moments are filled with energy and passion. The busyness of the morning, the busyness of the afternoon tea time, and the exhaustion of working overtime at night all make me feel stressed. But it is this busyness and exhaustion that makes me more aware of my dedication and persistence in the coffee business.

Gratitude and joy

Whenever I see customers enjoying the coffee we make, I feel a strong sense of joy in my heart. The sense of accomplishment brought by recognition and appreciation far outweighs any difficulties or challenges encountered in the process of hard work.
