Teach you how to make a cup of hand-brewed coffee

———— How to make a cup of hand-brewed coffee ————

First you need to prepare: hand brewing pot, filter cup, filter paper, sharing pot, electronic scale, cup

first step

Prepare hot water: weigh 15g of coffee beans (take the water-to-powder ratio as an example: 1:15). After the water boils, pour it into the hand brewing pot, fold the filter paper and place it in the filter cup, moisten the filter paper with hot water to make the filter paper fit the wall of the filter cup.

Step 2

Grinding: Pour the ground coffee into the filter cup and tap it to make the coffee powder even and flat, which is conducive to uniform extraction.

Step 3

Steaming: Return the electronic scale to zero and start adding water to fully soak the coffee powder. As the water comes into contact with the coffee powder, the carbon dioxide in the coffee powder will be released, forming a beautiful "mushroom shape". At this time, you can also hear the sound of coffee liquid dripping into the lower pot, which is beautiful.

Step 4

Water injection: After the steaming is over, start injecting hot water in a circle from the center (you can do it all at once or in stages). Remember to perfectly control the water flow and speed (the water flow of this kettle is amazing). At this time, the coffee powder will be fully filtered, and the oil, soluble substances and aromatic substances will be continuously released, making the aroma overflow and intoxicating.

Step 5

Enjoyment: After brewing, pour it into your favorite cup and enjoy it with your loved one, or drink it alone with a book. It is a very pleasant thing.

———— How to make drip coffee ————

First you need to prepare: 1 cup, 1 pack of drip coffee, appropriate amount of hot water

first step

Warm the cup: Pour a proper amount of hot water into the cup to preheat it, then pour out the water and put the hanging ear bag in it

Step 2

Steaming: Like hand-brewed coffee, drip coffee also needs steaming. Pour hot water to fully soak the coffee powder and wait for 15-30 seconds (the water temperature for brewing is very critical, and it is suitable for extraction at a water temperature of 86-92°C)

Step 3

Brewing : Pour hot water in a circle from the middle. Drip coffee usually contains 10 grams of ground coffee powder. According to the water-to-powder ratio of 1:15, you can use about 150 ml of water to brew. You can adjust the amount of water according to your own taste (usually the water-to-powder ratio is between 1:13-1:15)

Step 4

Brewing is complete: remove the drip bag from the cup, then pick up the cup and enjoy your coffee!
