High-end specialty coffee shops focus on quality and uniqueness, so they need more time and effort to make a cup of exquisite handmade art coffee. According to the survey results, in this type of business, the amount of coffee beans required for each cup is about 20 grams to 25 grams.

Analysis and Conclusion

The above survey results show that coffee shops of different types and sizes have different requirements for the amount of coffee beans they need in a month. Small independent coffee shops have relatively small sales volumes, so they need to purchase smaller quantities of freshly ground coffee beans with better quality and taste; while fast food chains and high-end specialty coffee shops need to purchase large quantities of coffee beans that are relatively cheap, suitable for mass production and maintain consistency.

In addition, seasonal factors and fluctuations in market demand also need to be taken into account. During winter or holidays, coffee shop sales usually increase, so the number of coffee beans required for a month needs to be adjusted accordingly. At the same time, in areas with fierce market competition, in order to attract more customers and increase sales, some coffee shops may launch special promotions or limited-time offers, which further increases the demand for coffee beans.
