Victory & Indian - Hello, please give me a cup of Americano!

Classic, flavor, and new elements are like a cup of American coffee. Everyone has their own preferences and drinking methods. In this way, Victory & Indian presented a feast of American cruising to the riders at the Motor Show. With the official opening of the Motor Show, Victory & Indian's exhibition cars also officially met with everyone at the N7 Pavilion 7T17 booth. In the end, Victory has Gunner, Commando, Tomahawk-Black Cannon, and Indian has Light Cavalry and Scout, different flavors and different classics.

Victory Gunner

Entering from Gate 2 of Hall N7, you can see a booth full of retro flavor within 20 meters - Indian. The most eye-catching one is the red Scout. There is a saying to describe it. If Indian is one of the originators of American cruisers, then Scout can be regarded as the predecessor of Indian car series. No matter when and where, it is not too much for Indian to exhibit Scout. The exhibited one is a red Scout. The red front and rear fenders and fuel tank shell are matched with coffee-colored seat cushions, which looks very elegant. The water-cooled V-twin 1133mL displacement engine composed of bright black, matte black and other treatments and other parts of the body are matched with chrome plating and other bright color inlays, making the whole car look very layered. The 120mm front shock absorber and 76mm dual rear shock absorber make the Scout look powerful from any angle. The wide and thick tires of 130/90-16 in the front and 150/80-16 in the rear are also a manifestation of the calm style of American cruisers. At the same time, the lightweight chassis and lower center of gravity make the Indian brand's first Scout to use a water-cooled engine. With the help of modern technologies such as electronic fuel injection and counterweight balancing, the driving experience of the American cruiser has become more fun and the control is smoother.

Passing by this red Scout are two Light Cavalry models. The Light Cavalry inherits the legendary lineage of the Scout and is opening a new chapter for the Indian brand. The simultaneous display of two models also shows the importance that the Indian brand attaches to it. The Light Cavalry adopts a black single-seat design, streamlined fenders derived from the appearance of the early Scout, black high-handlebars, and high-performance preload adjustable shock absorbers provided by Fox. The 999mL displacement water-cooled V-twin engine and lower price clearly divide the work with the brother Scout, and fight side by side!

Indian Light Horse

Next to the Indian brand is Victory, a brand with more vitality in American cruisers. At this year's Motor Show, Victory also brought out three powerful models of the brand: Gunner, Commando, and Tomahawk-Black Cannon. As a powerful cruise motorcycle, the Gunner also has a distinct Bobber style, and the handlebars stretched backwards allow you to enjoy the ride comfortably. The 24-spoke cast aluminum wheels have a unique appearance, which looks like they have been modified and have a high degree of recognition. The 1731mL displacement V-twin engine adopts fuel injection and counterweight balancing design, which is more than enough in terms of power, and can also enable instant throttle response as needed.

Indian Scout

The Assaulter is a 2017 model that has just been launched. With its super high appearance and excellent performance, it has already attracted the attention of the media and riders, becoming a star among American cruisers. At the same time, the Assaulter is one of the products that Victory has entered into the future and built high-performance American motorcycles. The small windshield with a coffee-style rider is derived from the tough lines and protruding body, making the Assaulter more concise and tougher in style. The lower handlebar makes the riding position more forward and the driving style more aggressive.

Victory Raider

The characteristics of the Tomahawk-Black Cannon are more obvious, with 250mm super-size rear tires, inverted front shock absorbers, and a 1731mL displacement V-twin engine, indicating that this car is extraordinary. The Tomahawk-Black Cannon is positioned as a high-horsepower cruiser. The whole car is mainly dark in color, and the black exhaust, frame, engine, and body give people a feeling of American gangsters, with a full boss style. In terms of driving experience, the Tomahawk-Black Cannon also gives people a feeling of full momentum. The large displacement provides sufficient power reserve, and the ultra-wide rear tire makes the vehicle run more smoothly.

As the saying goes: A single tree cannot make a forest, and a single rider cannot make a shape. During the Motorcycle Expo, the award ceremony of Indian Motorcycle's "Thousand Miles of Light Riding" event was grandly held at the Polaris booth. More than 10 riders from Chengdu and Luoyang took the "Thousand Miles of Light Riding" motorcycle tour to a higher level of enjoying the fun of riding on the road. Ms. Zhang Qing, General Manager of Polaris Asia Pacific, presented commemorative trophies to the riders, which shows Polaris' strong support for similar activities.

Although Victory & Indian did not bring any new products to the show, all the vehicles on display were heavyweight products, becoming a unique landscape of this Motorcycle Expo.
