Brew coffee beans directly, simple and easy steps

Simple and easy steps to brew coffee directly from beans

Coffee is an indispensable drink for many people in the morning, and coffee brewed directly from coffee beans is more fragrant. Here is a simple and easy step to help you easily make delicious coffee at home.

Prepare the necessary materials and tools

First, we need to prepare the following materials and tools:

  • Freshly roasted coffee beans: Choose the premium coffee beans with the taste and origin you prefer.
  • Manual or electric grinder: Used to grind whole coffee beans into a powder suitable for brewing.
  • Electronic scale: used to accurately weigh the required amount of coffee beans and water.
  • Filter paper or metal filter: used to filter out waste grounds, so that the final brewed coffee is clear and free of grounds.
  • Kettle or pot: used to heat water and keep it at a suitable temperature.
  • Coffee cup or pot: used to hold brewed coffee.

Grinding and weighing

First, put the right amount of coffee beans into the grinder for grinding. If you use a manual grinder, you need to turn the crank vigorously until the coffee powder reaches the desired fineness. If you use an electric grinder, just press the button and wait.

Next, use an electronic scale to weigh out the required amount of coffee powder. Generally speaking, you need about 15 grams of coffee powder per cup (about 240 ml). You can adjust the ratio appropriately according to your personal taste and preference.

Brewing process

Now let’s start the brewing process:

  1. Add water to a kettle or pot and heat to the desired temperature. Generally speaking, the best brewing temperature is between 90°C and 96°C.
  2. Place a paper or metal filter over a coffee mug or pot and pour some boiling water over it to wet the filter and preheat the container.
  3. Sprinkle the measured coffee grounds evenly onto the filter paper or metal filter.
  4. After the water temperature reaches the appropriate temperature, slowly pour in the hot water. At the beginning, you can pour in a small amount of water to moisten the coffee powder and wait for about 30 seconds for it to expand and release gas.
  5. Continue to pour the remaining hot water slowly to maintain a steady brewing speed. Avoid brewing too fast or too slow, which will cause uneven brewing.
  6. Wait for all the hot water to flow through the paper or metal filter into the cup until the brew is complete.

Enjoy delicious coffee

The final step is to enjoy your delicious coffee:

  1. Pour the brewed coffee into the preheated cup. If brewing in a kettle, pour directly from the kettle into the cup.
  2. Add appropriate amount of milk, sugar or other Starbucks coffee seasonings according to personal taste and stir gently.
  3. >Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy this delicious cup of coffee.

These are the simple and easy steps to brew delicious coffee directly from coffee beans. Hopefully, these steps will help you easily make satisfying coffee at home.
