1. Coffee Latte

The ultimate blend of coffee and milk, Italian latte is pure milk and coffee, while American latte replaces milk with milk foam.

2. Coffee Americano

The Espresso coffee machine produces a lighter coffee, similar to the American drip method. Its characteristic is that it has a fresh flavor without losing its original fragrance and mellow taste.

3. French Coffee (Cafe au Lait)

This is the favorite and most common coffee for French people to drink at breakfast. It is especially suitable for the elderly and those who cannot absorb caffeine properly. Because a lot of milk is added, the color is light brown. It is usually served in a cup or mug that is larger than an ordinary coffee cup.

4. Cappuccino

Cappuccino is the mainstream of Italian coffee culture. The name comes from the fact that in the eyes of Italians, the milk cap on the mixture of hot milk and espresso looks like the hooded robes worn by church monks. The most intoxicating thing about cappuccino is the delicate and warm milk foam, which gently wraps the heat of the coffee, leaving you with an endless aftertaste.

5. Irish Coffee

The first coffee brewing method was Dabble, which first appeared in Ireland, but became popular in San Francisco and eventually spread to the world. It is the most famous way to brew coffee. Usually, Irish whiskey is added, but if Irish mint liquor with the aroma of stone orchid is used, it can create a more luxurious atmosphere. First, put sugar and Irish liquor into the cup, then add hot coffee to dissolve the sugar, and then add fresh cream on top. Drink hot coffee through the cold fresh cream. Generally, fresh cream is made by adding two to three tablespoons of sugar to 200cc of cream. When pouring hot coffee into the cup, only pour a small amount at first, and then pour the rest after the temperature of the cup rises slightly, so there is no need to worry about the cup cracking.

6. Royal Coffee

It is said that this kind of coffee was very popular in the palace, so the name of Royal Coffee came from this. First pour the brewed hot coffee into the coffee cup, then place a special spoon on the cup, with sugar cubes soaked in brandy and a little brandy on the spoon. Turn off the lights in the room, light the sugar cubes with a match, and you can see a beautiful light blue flame burning on the sugar cubes. When the flame goes out and the sugar cubes melt, put the spoon into the coffee cup and stir it well, and the fragrant Royal Coffee will appear immediately.
