Coffee blending: How to blend coffee to suit your taste in three minutes

Hello everyone, I am Lao Crocodile. With the improvement of people's living standards, the number of emerging entertainment industries has increased day by day. In order to meet their own needs, everyone has joined the high-pressure camp one after another, and staying up late has become a normal working norm, whether it is staying up late to work overtime or staying up late to play games. It is very exhausting, and at this time, everyone tends to habitually make a cup of coffee for themselves to refresh themselves. Although coffee drinks are foreign products, they are more popular in China. Knowing how to taste coffee has gradually become a standard for the upper class. However, the taste of coffee is not accepted by most Chinese people. Real hand-ground coffee or machine-made coffee is no different from drinking Chinese medicine in the eyes of people who drink less coffee on a daily basis. But the popularity of coffee forces you to have to fit in with the group, and you have to endure the bitterness and drink a cup, which makes many friends very distressed. Today, Lao Crocodile will teach you how to make a cup of coffee that suits you and shows your style in three minutes.

1. Espresso (Italian espresso) + Vicon sugar + skim milk. First of all, we have to talk about Italian espresso. As the base of all coffees, Italian espresso is indispensable in almost all coffee blending processes. Today, Lao Crocodile will share with you a coffee blending method based on Italian espresso. When making this coffee, we need to first beat a cup of Italian espresso, about 100 ml, and then add a pack of Vicon sugar (Vicon sugar is sweeter than ordinary white sugar. If you don’t like it too sweet, you can add white sugar), stir the coffee and use the temperature of coffee to fully melt the sugar, and then add about 200 ml of skim milk (add more if you like sweet). Skim milk is lighter in color and has a lighter milky smell. In this way, we will get a cup of fragrant coffee that is very similar to bottled coffee but surpasses bottled coffee, which is very suitable for people who don’t like bitter coffee. And telling the barista about the production process will make people feel that you know coffee very well. Let your friends next to you look at you with new eyes.

2. Affogato al Cafe (A Song of Ice and Fire) The Chinese translation of this coffee is: Affogato. It is a very girly name. Strictly speaking, it cannot be considered coffee. If it is classified, it can be classified as a dessert. But as a well-known Italian dessert, it often appears in our field of vision in the form of coffee. Its production method is very simple. It uses espresso as the base, puts a ball of ice cream in the coffee cup, and sprinkles various nuts, syrups, and jams of personal preference. The ice cream ball will constantly compete and blend in the heat of coffee, and the complex flavors of nuts and various jams will neutralize the bitterness of coffee very well, retaining the mellowness of coffee, and the happiness of the complex flavors that burst instantly in the mouth is incomparable to any coffee or dessert in my opinion.

3. Espresso tonic If coffee with ice cream is a happy feeling, then coffee with tonic water is definitely a symbol of vitality. This way of drinking has emerged in Europe and the United States in recent years and has quickly become popular all over the world. Friends who have drunk tonic water know that the taste of tonic water is not very acceptable. But the combination of tonic water and espresso can be said to have reached a new height of coffee. The astringency of the grapefruit peel flavor of tonic water and the bitterness of coffee neutralize each other. The aerated tonic water gives the coffee princess vitality, and the mellow coffee gives the tonic water the calmness of a gentleman. The combination of the two is not inconsistent.
