Of course, instant coffee is criticized because of the way it is extracted. It is not brewed directly from ground coffee, but is extracted. But no matter whether it is extracted or not, it comes from coffee, and its flavor also comes from coffee.

Many people think that the flavor of instant coffee after extraction cannot be the same as that of freshly ground coffee. That's right.
