Each herbal essential oil has a wide range of healing effects. If essential oils are refined from them, it involves perfumery, magic herbs, candles, essential oils, etc. I believe that with the development of the Internet, people also have a lot of knowledge about essential oils. The most famous ones are cedar, wower oil, etc. Here we only make a brief introduction and production. The study of essential oils is profound. Where should we learn from? First, prepare the materials: bottles (I personally recommend buying bottles with a height of 10 cm) and then buy a small shopping mall that can be bought with sticky notes for easy storage. Spices must be bought, but I would choose to buy them at a spice shop. For example, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, nutmeg, fenugreek, coriander seeds, citrus peel, and green cardamom can be bought at Indian Food, and coconut milk and red and yellow powder can be bought at the same time, plus a packet of masala and dry curry leaves. Not only do I have the magic materials, but I also have the ingredients for my home. Some spices used in Western cuisine can be bought in such stores, for example, I bought juniper berries, allspice, red pepper, parsley, basil, thyme, dill, jasmine, violet, lavender, oregano, sage, rosemary, caraway, etc. in Pengxiangbao. You can buy star anise, cinnamon, grass fruit, mint, rose, lemon, cumin, bay leaf and peppercorns at the grocery store downstairs. People who often play with perfumes must know that according to the volatility of the aromatic molecules contained in the essential oils, essential oils can also be divided into top notes, middle notes, and base notes. The top notes are very volatile and will make us quickly form a first impression of it. Therefore, when playing with essential oils, you must not be stubborn. If you are indecisive, quantum mechanics may be finished. There is a saying in perfume that "five seconds of life and death". Soon after the top notes dissipate, the middle notes begin to appear and constitute the core of the perfume. After that is the base note, which can last for a long time. It is the soul of the whole work and the foundation, so you must ensure that the materials are up to standard before you can proceed to the next step of production. To make magic essential oil, I usually use the tips shared by teacher Lian Ke. Put the dried plants and base oil in a pot, simmer for more than 6 hours, and then filter them into a glass bottle with cotton gauze. If you want to get a thicker essential oil, you can add the filtered oil back to the plant, and then pour it back into the pot and continue to cook. It only takes about two or three rounds of boiling. If you have a simple distillation tool, it will be easy. After putting the plants in the container, heat them under the distiller with water, so that the substances in these plants, whether flowers, leaves or trunks, are emitted, and finally condensed into a mixture of pure dew and essential oil. Then separate the water and oil, and the oily part obtained is the essential oil of the plant. After simple processing and canning, it is the essential oil we buy on the market, and the remaining water is the common pure dew on the market. If you don't know how to operate it in the early stage, you can prepare the scent strips first, then write the time, and start to feel its smell. You can smell it again after ten minutes or half an hour, and you can feel its volatility. For example, bergamot, you can smell the citrus aroma at the beginning, with a sense of peel, and then there is some juice, slightly sweet and a little sour, between lemon and orange, not deliberately sour, nor sweet enough to choke the throat, very refreshing. Later, the floral scent will be extended, but it is not the kind of very rich, it is the kind of floral scent with a slight green color, which gives people a very healthy feeling, but the disadvantage is that it is easy to evaporate, because they are not coordinated. If you want to know similar information, you can refer to a book "Vanilla Tea Evaluation" by [Sasaki Fumio] in Japan. If the mood is used to evaluate vanilla#, it is still enough. Seeing now, my friends, are you like shouting to the sky: "I have it so hard." In fact, as long as you practice diligently, the blending of essential oils is very simple. In addition to the synergy of herbal essential oils themselves, compound essential oils also have synergy. I think this is also the charm of a formula. Once, at the International Medicinal Plant Symposium held by Teacher Wen Youjun in Copenhagen, researchers from the University of Leipzig in Germany issued a very interesting report. There are three objects of comparison in this study: German chamomile, myrrh and roasted coffee beans. The researchers used their extracts to cross-act on stimulated macrophages to see which group had the strongest anti-inflammatory ability after 24 hours. When fighting alone, myrrh was the strongest, followed by deghan, and coffee beans ranked last. But after two-by-two mixing, the combination of deghan + coffee beans won. Later, the three were mixed in different proportions, and it was found that the combination of coffee beans 3 + deghan 2 + myrrh 1 was the best. In addition, there were many studies on synergy at the seminar, and many of them confirmed that the star players fighting alone are not the key to victory. Only a cleverly combined team can win the final victory. Of course, this is just an ordinary essential oil blending method. If you want to get more magic essential oil production, please move your noble and elegant fingers and follow the editor. See you in the next episode.
