In addition, it also contains nutrients such as antioxidants, vitamin B and magnesium.

In summary, although unprocessed fresh coffee beans are not suitable for direct consumption and have characteristics such as high concentration of bitter substances and greater hardness; after proper processing (such as roasting, grinding and brewing), we can enjoy the delicious taste and various benefits that bring spiritual pleasure.
