Arabica has a relatively low caffeine content, but its flavor is complex and delicate.

The second largest coffee bean is Robusta, which accounts for about 30% of the global market. Compared with Arabica, Robusta is easier to cultivate and has stronger adaptability, and can grow well in low-altitude areas. Robusta beans usually have a strong, bitter and nutty taste. They contain higher caffeine and are therefore widely used in making strong and bitter coffee.


In addition to Arabica and Robusta, there are some special types of coffee beans. For example, Excelsa is a relatively rare but highly praised bean. They have a unique and complex flavor, often with citrus, floral and woody flavors.

Additionally, Bourbon is a very popular coffee bean variety that originated from the island of Madagascar. These beans are grown at high altitudes and have a rich, full-bodied taste with a sweet, fruity flavor.

Finally, there are several other types such as Blue Mountain, Kilimanjaro, etc., which are world-renowned, highly respected and more expensive.
