Which is better, coffee beans or coffee powder? Which brand of coffee do you like?

Which is better, coffee beans or coffee powder? Which brand of coffee do you like?

Our busy lives have quickened our daily pace. Just like many people and coffee, they do not choose to buy coffee beans and grind them themselves. Apart from going to a coffee shop to order a cup, many people choose to buy a few bags of coffee powder to make coffee. Some people say that as long as the brand is good, there is no difference between the ground ones and the bought ones. But is this really the case?

70% of coffee products sold on the market are coffee powder, but powder products also have big problems because coffee powder deteriorates many times faster than coffee beans.

In the process of grinding coffee beans, about 70% of carbon dioxide will be dissipated. The remaining 30% of carbon dioxide evaporates several times faster than unground coffee beans. Carbon dioxide has the important function of preventing the deterioration of the environment around coffee beans (moisture, oxygen), and this effect will be greatly reduced if it is ground into powder. When carbon dioxide evaporates, it will also take away part of the coffee aroma, so the aroma of coffee powder is not as good as that of coffee beans.

Buying pre-ground coffee in the store won't change the flavor if you drink it within a few days, but if you can't finish it soon, then compare the taste of the freshly ground coffee with the older coffee and you'll realize how much of a price you pay for convenience.

In fact, people don’t just recommend powder products because they are convenient and simple, some people do it because they don’t know where to buy coffee beans. Is that right?

Well, if there is no coffee bean store nearby, you can consider these more famous instant coffees!
