Don’t throw it away! There are many uses for expired coffee grounds

If we talk about things that often expire at home, it must be coffee powder. I am a coffee lover. Rather than talking about my love for coffee, I prefer to collect all kinds of beautiful and unique coffees, and I often can’t bear to drink them and let them expire 55555... You may have the same situation as me, and many people will just throw away expired coffee powder. In fact, expired coffee powder can also be very useful! I will introduce some uses of expired coffee powder to you~

1. Cleansing and weight loss

When taking a shower, mix a small amount of coffee grounds in the shower gel. Since coffee grounds have a certain friction effect, they can effectively clean the dead skin cells of the skin, especially the thighs, abdomen, arms, etc. where fat is easily accumulated. You can use coffee grounds as a scrub to rub off excess cuticles and wash out white and tender skin~

2. Aromatherapy and odor removal

Putting coffee grounds in the bathroom, shoe cabinet, oven, refrigerator, and ashtray can absorb odors and reduce odors. You can also boil coffee and let the aroma fill the room, which can relieve fatigue and soothe your body.

3. Clean the kitchen

Coffee grounds have a certain friction cleaning effect. Pour the coffee grounds into the sink and rinse with water to remove the odor and grease in the drainage pipes. Wrap the coffee grounds with gauze and use them to wipe and maintain the pot lid and stove.

4. Hair Care

After washing your hair, blow dry it and keep it dry and clean. Apply a mixture of boiled coffee and egg yolk, but don't apply it to the roots of your hair. Keep it on for 20 minutes before rinsing. This will make your hair smoother, shiny and blingbling~

5. Make fertilizer

Placing expired coffee on the soil surface of potted plants can effectively prevent insect breeding and can also be used as fertilizer. Coffee grounds contain a lot of phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and copper. They also release nitrogen into the soil during the degradation process, which is beneficial to some soils.

6. Natural dyes

The natural pigments in coffee can be used as a good natural dye for dyeing fabrics, paper, Easter eggs, and things that don't need to be washed frequently.

Look! Expired coffee powder has many uses. Don’t rush to throw away the expired coffee powder in the future. Do you have any tips on how to deal with expired coffee powder? Please share them in the comments section.
