First, let's talk about the natural processing method. This method is one of the most traditional and simplest methods. In the natural processing method, the coffee beans are dried in the sun or indoors. This process requires patience and time, because the coffee beans must be completely dry before they can be used. The natural processing method allows the coffee beans to retain more natural aroma and taste, and you can taste a strong and rich fruit flavor in the cup.

Secondly, the washed coffee processing method is also a common and popular method. In the washed coffee process, the freshly picked coffee berries will go through the steps of peeling, fermentation, washing and drying. Compared with the natural processing method, washed coffee can better remove the pulp residue and make the coffee beans more refreshing and bright. The coffee beans produced by this method are usually characterized by high acidity and refreshing taste.


There is also a process called honey processing. In the honey processing, the coffee cherries are peeled, but the pulp remains on the beans for fermentation and drying.
