First, let's introduce some of the main coffee bean varieties. Arabica is one of the most common and widely used coffee bean varieties. Dry Process is the oldest and most traditional method, in which coffee fruits are dried in the sun to separate the pulp from the beans. This treatment often gives the coffee a strong fruity flavor. Wet Process processes coffee beans by removing the pulp and washing them with water, producing a more refreshing and acidic taste.

Finally, we have some specialty coffee beans. For example, Geisha, a variety that originated in Ethiopia and developed in Panama, is internationally acclaimed and known for its floral aroma and smooth taste, while Blue Mountain, produced in the Blue Mountain region of Jamaica, is renowned worldwide and loved for its delicate balance and moderate acidity.


In short, understanding the different varieties and classification methods is very important for understanding and appreciating the rich diversity of coffee. Everyone can choose coffee beans that suit their taste according to their own preferences and enjoy a unique coffee experience.
