Before I could even taste the transparent coffee, I got the green coffee.

Before I could even taste the transparent coffee, I got the green coffee.

Original title: Before we can even taste transparent coffee, green coffee is here

In recent years, green drinks have become popular, from matcha lattes to kale smoothies. The annual Fancy Food Show, held by the Specialty Food Association, is dedicated to showcasing emerging food brands around the world. We have previously introduced transparent coffee, but we haven’t tasted it yet. Today, we are introducing another product. At the Food & Wine Show of the same year, we observed a new product that has never been seen in the mainstream market: green coffee.

Made from unroasted green coffee beans, the finished product has a light transparent green color. Because it is not roasted, the chlorogenic acid in the coffee beans will not be lost excessively.

Chlorogenic acid has been reported to have nutritional value, and a 2006 study in the journal BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine found that a daily supplement containing green coffee bean extract was effective in reducing body fat, weight, and liver fat in experimental mice.

In addition to this, green coffee contains a higher amount of caffeine than regular coffee.

At the Fancy Food Show, Sunup brand provided green coffee tastings, which looked like brewed tea, with a smooth taste but a hint of bitterness. According to Sunup's official website, a 9.5-ounce bottle of green coffee is "very strong, with caffeine content comparable to a large cup of ice-drip coffee, and rich in antioxidants." Sunup green coffee is lightly flavored with organic cane sugar, contains only 80 calories, and does not use additives such as citric acid. Currently, the price of 6 bottles of green coffee in the United States, including shipping, is US$23, and the price of 12 bottles is US$37.

Before we could drink transparent coffee , unroasted green coffee came out. In the world of coffee, classics never fade, but there are also new products. Are you willing to try green coffee, which boasts nutritional value and high caffeine content? I would, but three or four years later, I still haven't had it!
