In the past, I always drank instant coffee, but this time I wanted to try hand-brewed coffee. This is my first time making hand-brewed coffee. I personally think hand-brewed coffee is better. The taste is better than Nestle instant coffee. It tastes mellow and sweet, and the taste is really good. Ingredients: Pure milk, Taikoo sugar Hot water, Colombian Medellin coffee beans ①, Take 20g of coffee beans and pour them into the hand-cranked grinder. According to your taste preferences, adjust the grind to medium fineness and start to grind. It may be a little strenuous when you first shake it, but it doesn't matter. It will be much easier after a few shakes. ② When all the coffee beans are ground, take them out of the powder box and pour them into the filter. Here I use Colombian Medellin coffee beans, you can change to your favorite coffee type. ③. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to the hand-brewed coffee pot. When the thermometer reaches 70-80 degrees, you can brew the coffee. Remember to squeeze the coffee out of the filter before taking it out. Then you can get a cup of beautiful brown-black coffee. Add one or two sugar cubes according to your preference and stir well. By the way, after opening the bag of coffee beans, drink them within 3 months as soon as possible for the best taste. We can use sealed bottles to store coffee beans, which can make its aroma last longer. This time I made two types of coffee, one without pure milk and the other with milk. The tastes are different, and it depends on personal preference. In general, the taste of coffee is related to many factors such as its variety, water temperature, and grinding coarseness. You may wish to try a few times to find the taste that suits you. Every time we drink hand-brewed coffee, we only need to grind about 15g~20g of coffee beans. Too much can easily cause panic. It is important to note that you should not drink coffee on an empty stomach, otherwise it will cause adverse symptoms such as accelerated heartbeat and inexplicable excitement.
