▅ Add milk foam (coffee creamer)

This one is a little tricky. You need to use a spoon to slowly sprinkle the milk foam about 2 inches above the mouth of the cup, like a waterfall, but not too fast, so that the milk foam can dissolve into the coffee little by little, instead of putting the milk foam into the coffee with a spoon and stirring it hard.

The difference between the two has a significant impact on taste.

Another thing to note is that during the sprinkling process, do not sprinkle the milk foam on the same position of the coffee. That is to say, the spoon should be moved back and forth and left and right to allow the milk foam to dissolve as evenly as possible in the coffee.

The amount of milk foam is 1.5 to 2 times the amount of coffee. For example, one spoon of coffee and two spoons of milk foam. (Generally speaking, the quality of ordinary instant coffee beans is not good, and if you don’t add enough milk, the taste will be bad.)

The best time to drink coffee every day is from 3 to 5 pm in spring and winter, and from 4 to 6 pm in summer and autumn, because this is the time when the human body is most tired.
