Once the coffee beans are completely dry, they will be sent to a professional coffee roasting plant for processing. Under high temperature, the moisture inside the coffee beans will expand and produce chemical reactions, thus forming a unique aroma and flavor. Different degrees of roasting will bring different taste and flavor characteristics.
