The country where cappuccino originated

Cappuccino is an Italian-style coffee that is a mixture of espresso (English: espresso) and steamed milk. It is very popular around the world and has become a must-have drink for many people every morning. However, do you know in which country the cappuccino was first created? Let's explore it together.

Italy: The Home of Cappuccino

If you guessed Italy, congratulations! Indeed, Italy is considered the home of cappuccino. This delicious drink was first created in northern Italy in the late 16th or early 17th century.

It is said that at that time, there was a group of monks in the local monastery called "CAPuchin". They wore specially designed robes and turbans, which were quite similar to the traditional clothing that later occupied an important position and became famous all over the world as angry priests. The name of this group of monks was used to describe a special coffee drink they made, namely cappuccino.

Cappuccino coffee making process

Cappuccino is made up of three parts: espresso, steamed milk and milk foam. First, we need to make a cup of espresso. Put the ground coffee powder into the espresso machine and use high-pressure steam to extract it through the powder.

Next, we need to prepare the purée to get the right texture and warmth. Use a high pressure dehydrator on a professional device to refrigerate overnight or for a few hours before placing in a bowl and quickly heating up the surface. From this point on, you can choose to operate the machine in manual or automatic mode to control the temperature inside and ensure it reaches a temperature of approximately 150°F (65°C).

The final step is to pour the milk, which has a perfect texture and the right temperature, into the espresso. You can adjust the ratio of coffee to milk according to your personal taste, and then put some milk foam on top as a decoration.

The global spread of cappuccino

Over time, cappuccino coffee gradually spread from Italy to all parts of the world. It first became popular in other European countries, and then quickly spread to America, Asia, Australia and other regions.

Today, in almost every city around the world, there is a café or restaurant serving cappuccino. Whether it is to start the day in the morning or to relax in the afternoon, people love to enjoy this rich and delicious drink.

Conclusion

Through this article, we learned that cappuccino coffee originated in Italy and has gradually become a popular drink around the world. Its unique and rich taste is irresistible and has become a must-have drink for many people every morning. No matter where you are, you can easily find a cafe that serves cappuccino and enjoy this delicious drink.
