Easy tutorial for making mocha coffee by hand

Mocha coffee is a delicious drink that mixes chocolate and coffee. It has both a strong coffee aroma and a smooth chocolate taste. Here is a simple tutorial on how to make mocha coffee by hand.

Materials Needed:

- 30ml espresso black coffee

- 150 ml milk


- 20g sugar

- 15g cocoa powder

- Whipped cream and chocolate chips (for decoration)

Step 1: Prepare materials and utensils

First, prepare the necessary materials and utensils. You will need an espresso machine or other equipment that can brew concentrated black coffee. In addition, you will also need a small pot, a stirring stick, a measuring cup, etc.

Step 2: Brew black coffee

Pour 30 ml of water into the espresso machine and add the appropriate amount of coffee powder. Make 30 ml of concentrated black coffee according to the instructions on your coffee machine manual.

Step 3: Heat the milk

Pour 150 ml of milk into a small saucepan and heat until the temperature reaches 60-70 degrees Celsius. You can use a thermometer to check the temperature of the milk.


Step 4: Add chocolate and sugar

Slowly add 20g of sugar and 15g of cocoa powder to the heated milk and stir evenly with a stick until dissolved.

Step 5: Mix the coffee and chocolate

Pour the prepared concentrated black coffee into the cup containing the chocolate and sugar solution and stir gently with a stirring stick.

Step 6: Whip the cream

Put an appropriate amount of fresh cream into a container and use a whisk or electric whisk to beat it until it becomes thick and textured.

Step 7: Decorate the Mocha

Pipe the whipped cream over the mocha and sprinkle with some chocolate chips for garnish.

Step 8: Enjoy delicious mocha coffee

Now you can enjoy your delicious homemade mocha! Stir to blend the chocolate and milk with the espresso, then savor the smooth taste and rich aroma.
