Shipment:
1. Item are shipped with 1-7 business days once full payment is confirmed. There will be some delay for the holiday, like the National day, the Chinese Spring Day and so on, we will try our best to arrange shipment after holiday ending, hope you can give us consideration.

3. About transportationFor packaged products, the seller will select the appropriate level of logistics method according to the arrival time and success rate of each country/region.For unpackaged products, we try to ship the goods according to the logistics method paid by the buyer, but we do not rule out alternative logistics methods caused by other abnormal factors.
4. If you still do not receive your order within 60 days (except Brazil), please contact us first, we will check and solve the problem.
All messages will be replied within 24 hours in general, sometimes we will delay for weekend or holidays, if you cannot get our response after 48 hours, please kindly check your spam or contact us with email.
5. We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax.
Return or Refund:
1. You will have 7 days to contact usand 30 days to return it once you received it. if you have possessed the item over 7 days, it is considered to have been used, we will not issue you refund or replacement.
2. All returned item must be in original package and you must provide us tracking number, specific reason for return and your order ID.
3. We will refund your full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and package with all components and accessories included.
