Coffee Weekly: Enjoy the aroma several times a week

Coffee is a necessity in my life. The first thing I do every morning after getting up is to make a cup of strong coffee. In this modern society full of pressure and busyness, I cherish every moment of drinking coffee even more. Therefore, I decided to go to different coffee shops at least several times a week to taste the various unique flavors and aromas of coffee.

Monday: Fresh Mix

On Monday morning, I went to a small, artistic coffee shop in the city center before work. They are famous for their hand-poured and blended coffees. There are many selected beans from different countries to choose from, and they also provide various drink pairing suggestions.

Today I chose their recommended refreshing blend, which is a blend of Colombian and Ethiopian beans. This coffee has a distinct fruity and sour taste, but it is also sweet, which is very suitable for waking up in the morning. The music and decoration in the store also give people a peaceful feeling, allowing me to relax while drinking coffee.

Wednesday: Rich Latte

On Wednesday afternoon, I chose a cafe near the park. This cafe is famous for its hand-made latte art, and you can see exquisite artistic patterns on every latte.

Today I ordered a strong latte. This coffee is made from two kinds of beans, Brazilian and Colombian, and has a rich and smooth taste. After adding a proper amount of milk, the whole taste is richer and softer. The environment in the store is bright and comfortable. Sitting by the window, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of swaying trees in the park.

Friday: Espresso

On Friday noon, I found a small shop near the office that specializes in Italian-style coffee. They use special beans from Italy and focus on traditional roasting techniques.

Today I tried their espresso. This coffee is dark in color, with rich caramel and chocolate flavors. When I drink it, I feel a strong bitterness, but it is very memorable. The decoration inside the store is simple and stylish, giving people an elegant atmosphere.

Sunday: Fancy Pourover

On Sunday morning, I came to a coffee shop recommended by a friend that specializes in hand-brewed coffee. It offers a variety of beans from different origins and flavors, and the production method is adjusted according to personal taste.

Today I ordered a cup of fancy hand-brewed coffee. The clerk brewed it for me on the spot with carefully selected Colombian single-origin beans and drew a delicate and beautiful pattern on the surface. This coffee has a soft and delicate taste with a slight fruity acidity and chocolate aroma.

Summarize

By tasting coffees of different flavors and production processes several times a week, I have a deeper understanding of the characteristics and taste of various coffees. Each coffee shop has a unique atmosphere and style, allowing me to enjoy different environments while tasting coffee.

Drinking coffee is not only for refreshing the mind, but also a life attitude. By tasting different flavors of coffee, I learned to slow down, enjoy the present, and cherish every beautiful moment in life.
