The consensus is that: 1. Healthy adults: 3 to 5 cups a day (150 ml per cup) is appropriate; 2. Pregnant women: It is not recommended to drink coffee. If you drink, do not exceed 2 cups a day; 3. Children and adolescents: Coffee drinking should be controlled. In general, less than 3 cups a day is safe.
