The best espresso machines of 2019: buy them all if you have the money

HOST is the world's leading trade fair for the catering and hotel industry. It is held every October in Milan, Italy. It is also the largest gathering of the global coffee industry. Awesome coffee equipment companies will choose to release their latest products at HOST. Today, let’s take a look at the new products on display at this exhibition. You are welcome to leave a message to tell us which one excites you the most!

DALLA CORTE

Dalla Corte is one of Italy's leading coffee machine brands, and its factory is located just outside Milan. Last year's TBC competition used Dalla Corte's double-head coffee machine and mina single-head coffee machine, which left a deep impression on the contestants.

Over the past two years, Dalla Corte has invested heavily in research, innovation and technology, focusing on the professional coffee market. The result is the ZERO pictured here, a coffee machine equipped with what the brand calls the best technology. Dalla Corte Zero will be available in different versions: Classic, Barista and Plus, with the higher the version, the more advanced the hand control system and the greater the playability. The machine features good thermal stability of the brewing head, an independent multi-boiler system, an integrated weighing system, a cool-touch steam wand, and an optional 58mm filter.

LA MARZOCCO

Founded in Florence in 1927, La Marzocco is one of the world leaders in coffee machine innovation. At the 2017 HOST exhibition, Coffee Boutique Life Editor-in-Chief A Fei also saw its latest pull-top coffee machine: LEVA. Currently, there are very few coffee shops in China that have this top coffee equipment (there is one in Nanjing Muxin Garden). However, at this year's HOST, what impressed people about "La Ma" was the grinder it brought: SWIFT MINI is an easy-to-use, accurate and efficient quantitative grinder, which grinds beans with one button and is suitable for use with La Ma's single-head home model; the second picture is a milk frother (specially for making milk froth, um~); the third picture is its classic model, so I won't introduce it in detail.

CARIMALI

This brand may be unfamiliar in China, but it is actually a century-old European company (Milan, Italy). At this exhibition, it launched a "boiler-free" Italian coffee machine, which shocked the entire industry and even attracted the World Barista Championship champion (see the picture below). How does it work? The technology is based on an induction heating system, which uses an electromagnetic field to heat the water needed to extract espresso in a small pipe. Of course, the technology is still being further improved, and we look forward to bringing you more surprises!

SANREMO

This time, SANREMO brings a customized Cafe Racer machine and its latest product: BRAVE, which has a cool appearance and powerful performance and is worth looking forward to.

MAHLKÖNIG

Mahlkonig's E65s GbW and E80 Supreme grinders were some of the hottest products at HOST Milan 2019, and for good reason. Baristas love these machines, and they can be found in many of the best cafes around the world. It's perfect for busy cafes, as it can handle the high volume of coffee grinds they produce each day.

SLAYER

SLAYER is a new coffee machine brand, founded in Seattle, USA in 2007. Compared with many century-old coffee companies in Europe, SLAYER is younger and more dynamic, and its design has always been praised by the industry. This year is the first time that SLAYER has participated in the HOST exhibition, and it was crowded every day. I believe that such a beautiful-looking and high-performance coffee machine, placed on the bar counter of a coffee shop, will attract many "coffee machine lovers".

RANCILIO

In addition to the coffee machine, what surprises everyone this time is the coffee bean grinder of RANCILIO: V50, which can set the quantitative amount and also manually control the powder output. The grinding degree can be finely adjusted, from the fine grinding of espresso to the coarse grinding of French press, to meet various grinding needs.

ASTORIA

Storm Profilo is the latest coffee machine from ASTORIA, integrating the latest technologies from ASTORIA. I believe it will bring you surprises if you have the chance to see it!
