Coffee training trip, exploring the depth and breadth of coffee culture

Abstract: This coffee training trip aims to deeply explore the rich connotation of coffee culture. Through a series of carefully designed training activities, participants will personally experience the planting, processing, roasting and blending of coffee, and feel the unique charm of coffee. They will also learn about the historical origins of coffee, global production areas and market trends, and further broaden their understanding of coffee culture. This training trip will lead everyone into the world of coffee and explore its depth and breadth.

In the coffee training course, I embarked on a fascinating coffee exploration journey. This training allowed me to gain an in-depth understanding of the types, origins and processing methods of coffee beans, master the coffee roasting techniques and the impact of different roasting degrees on flavor. In the process of brewing various types of coffee by myself, I realized that behind every cup of coffee lies the ingenuity and emotion of the maker.

What impressed me most was the part of learning latte art techniques. At first, I thought it was just a decoration for coffee, but in actual practice, I gradually discovered that latte art not only enhances the beauty of coffee, but is also a way for the barista to express his love and respect for every cup of coffee.

I also gained a lot from the communication and sharing session in the course. Trainees from all over the world brought their own experiences and insights. We learned from each other, inspired each other, and felt the charm of coffee culture together. This training made me deeply realize that coffee is not only a drink, but also a life attitude and cultural heritage.
