Drinking coffee every day can prevent Alzheimer's disease! There are so many benefits of coffee!

Everyone must know the benefits of drinking coffee: coffee can eliminate fatigue, improve metabolism, and help lose weight. According to a recent study, coffee can also help slow the development of Alzheimer's disease (also known as "Parkinson's syndrome").

According to a recent report by the Italian Leggo website, researchers from the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School Institute in the United States have found that caffeine in coffee beans, combined with another substance in them, can slow down brain degeneration in patients with Parkinson's and Lewy body dementia.

People have long known that caffeine has a protective effect on the human body. Caffeine can increase the sensitivity of neurotransmitters such as dopamine in the brain. Caffeine itself can stimulate the central nervous system and enhance the sharpness of the mind. In addition, coffee beans contain more than 1,000 other lesser-known compounds. The results of this study were published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States. The researchers conducted experiments on mice on a fatty acid called Eht contained in coffee beans.

The results of the experiment showed that this fatty acid can prevent the accumulation of abnormal proteins in the brain, which are often found in patients with Parkinson's disease and Lewy body dementia. The experiment also proved that this fatty acid and caffeine can enhance each other's effects, thereby slowing down or preventing the development of these two diseases. Currently, researchers are studying the dosage of caffeine and Eht fatty acids to prevent excessive caffeine from causing negative effects on the human body.

According to the Yangtze Evening News, there are nearly 3 million Parkinson's disease patients in China. As the third killer threatening the health and life of the middle-aged and elderly, Parkinson's disease is second only to tumors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. It is more common in the middle-aged and elderly groups, and there is a trend of younger people. At present, there is no way to fundamentally treat Parkinson's disease, and only preventive measures can be taken.

To prevent Parkinson's syndrome, we should pay attention to strengthening physical exercise and mental activities to delay the aging of brain nerve tissue. In addition, developing a habit of drinking coffee is also very beneficial.
