What? Drinking more coffee has such benefits?

For many years, FLEX (the first fitness magazine in the United States) has been recommending that fitness enthusiasts need to drink a lot of coffee every day. We are also very happy to see that under our advice, the US government's dietary committee made similar recommendations earlier this year: every healthy adult should drink 3-5 cups of black coffee every day to achieve optimal health.
