Chinese people's "coffee machine" - Ousijia automatic tea brewing machine review

I am very happy to be able to participate in this public test. For me, tea is not only a drink, but also a necessity in my life. It is indeed in line with the old Chinese saying "rice, oil, salt, sauce, vinegar and tea". So I am also very interested in the Ousijia automatic tea brewing machine this time. I am also lucky to be able to participate, and I am very happy.

Now let’s start the formal review.

I thought it was a small device, but the courier called me to ask if I was home and delivered it to my room. I saw that it was not a small device.

The entire machine also has a separate color printing paper box, which is well designed.

Maybe it's because there are too many glassware accessories. When I opened the outer box, there was a whole Styrofoam piece inside. The machine and accessories were firmly fixed and protected.

I took them all out and looked at them. There was a teapot, a strainer and a teapot. I thought that was all the accessories. But later I found that there were many more accessories.

This is all the accessories, and a teaspoon is also included, which is good, good review. But I don’t know what the tube and plastic part are for, is it for water inlet or outlet? I didn’t see it in the manual. (I later saw it on the outer box, it’s the water inlet pipe)

The whole tea maker is not small, but not big either. The size is about 310*210*330.

At the top is a manual water filling hole, but I personally think it is too small and not very convenient to add water.

The scale on the side, 8 should be 800ml, the smallest bottle of Nongfu Spring I use is about 2 and a half bottles of water. Don't exceed the maximum water level, it will overflow.

Press the middle button and this place will become the place for the tea tray and tea strainer.

It has quite a lot of functions, including boiling water, making green tea, black tea, etc. There is also a re-brew and coffee button, the purpose of which will be explained later.

There is a heat preservation plate under the teapot, which can keep the tea warm, but it will also cause the tea to change color and become old, so this function is useless. I don't know if it will be better in winter. Every time I pour tea, it automatically goes to the heat preservation state, and the green tea turns into black tea soup, so I will take out the teapot manually now.

After cleaning the accessories, boil some water to clean them. Once everything is ready, you can start making tea.

It is more convenient to add water using this kettle with scale.

Arrange the tea tray and tea strainer, and add the tea leaves into the tea strainer.

When you are ready, press the green tea button and the tea will start brewing automatically.

The water boils very quickly, reaching 100 degrees in two and a half minutes.

After boiling, there is no need for manual operation, just wait for the tea to come out. This is a function I like very much. In the past, to drink tea, you had to boil water, wait for the water to boil, brew tea, and then leave. Now after adding water, you can press a button and do other things. After 3-5 minutes, you can take the brewed tea. It is very convenient and considerate.

Why is there only half of the tea? It turns out that there is a tea washing function when brewing tea, so half of the water becomes tea washing water in the waste water box on the side. At this time, I understand the function of the re-brewing button mentioned above, which is the function of not washing the tea and directly dispensing the tea. This detail is still very well considered.

After the tea is served, there is still some tea in the tea dish, so it needs to be cleaned. The part that is removed can be rinsed with water, and the waste water also goes into the waste water box. It is very convenient to clean.

The tea leaves in the tea strainer and the tea tray are in very good condition, with no tea leaking out. It is also very easy to clean, both manually and in a dishwasher.

The tea soup is still in very good condition, but it will turn red as shown in the second picture after being kept warm for a long time, so it is better to take it down in time. On hot days, I like to put the tea in this IKEA glass pot after brewing it, then refrigerate it, and then drink iced tea. It is really refreshing and refreshing. In the past, it was quite troublesome to wash the teapot, boil water, brew tea, and refrigerate it. Now this is really much more convenient.

It is also very convenient to drink some Tieguanyin after drinking green tea. I think Tieguanyin should use the green tea mode, after all, Tieguanyin is a semi-fermented tea and cannot be brewed for a long time. So when drinking green tea and Tieguanyin, you must take the pot down in time to avoid affecting the taste of the tea soup after keeping warm. This manufacturer should also make improvements in the future, and do not set the automatic keep warm function after the green tea function.

This is the end of this review. Let’s summarize it.

1: Evaluation of appearance and design: The appearance is ordinary but not ugly, it is suitable. The plastic shell may be troublesome to clean later. The design is reasonable, but the water inlet is small and easy to spill.

2: Core function experience: The water boiling speed is very fast, and the functions are complete. It basically takes into account various drinking functions, such as making tea again, boiling water separately, etc. The tea is produced quickly, and it has a tea washing function. The tea soup tastes good, which is better than making and washing tea by yourself. In fact, I am too lazy to wash the tea most of the time. Manual water addition is not very convenient, but it is acceptable. I plan to use the BRITA kettle to add water. It is very convenient to add tea leaves, and the tea strainer is very large. It is very convenient to deal with the tea dregs, just pour them out and wash them.

3: In addition, it is also very convenient to clean. The tea tray and tea strainer are separate and can be put into the dishwasher for cleaning. The water boiling area and tea brewing area are separated, so there will be no tea scale in the water boiling area. You can use citric acid to boil water to remove the scale every once in a while.

In general, this is a good household product that is very suitable for the Chinese people's tea drinking habits. After all, Chinese people love to drink tea more than coffee. In the past, there were only coffee machines on the market, and such fully automatic tea making machines are indeed very rare. The emergence of the Ousijia fully automatic tea making machine can be regarded as filling the gap in the market. It is a very thoughtful product, very practical and easy to use. It is a great blessing for people like me who have a greater demand for tea drinking. Finally, I would like to thank Aunt Zhang for organizing this review, which has contributed to the improvement of my quality of life. Thank you Aunt Zhang!
