The reviewers who had to go to work the next day said that they couldn't sleep and couldn't go clubbing, so they kept a bit of rationality despite their impulse: this review was limited to large cups of hot latte.

Xiao Xi: I started with instant coffee when I was in school. It refreshed me and I thought it was trendy. Q: Do you have any coffee shop brands that you recommend?

Xiao Xi: Soloist Coffee is not bad, from the beans to the barista’s level, everything is quite good, but the price of hand-brewed coffee is really too expensive, more than 100 yuan per cup, it cannot be used as a daily choice.

The taste of %Arabica in domestic stores is always bland, Seesaw is not very noticeable, Blue Bottle is pretty good. If you have friends who bring beans from abroad, it is very cost-effective. Their beans are relatively fresh and the taste is acceptable to everyone.

Relatively speaking, Barista Specialty, Bracket Coffee, Metal Hands and the like are all good choices.

When choosing a coffee shop that I will go to frequently, first of all, the beans must be fresh. 90% of the time, I choose to drink without milk, and the beans must suit my taste; secondly, the barista. Because I am a coffee lover, I would like to communicate with the barista when they are not busy, and ask questions about beans and hand-brewing techniques. If the barista is willing to communicate, the chance of going there again will increase. Now there are a few shops that I have always wanted to go to in my notebook, such as Berry Beans, and I will find an opportunity to go there to check in.

In addition, if you are in an office building area and there is a Starbucks Reserve downstairs and you meet a coffee-loving barista, that is also the most cost-effective choice. Once you become a regular customer, they will understand your preferences and recommend the most suitable options to you when the beans arrive in each season. Starbucks Reserve is not amazing, but it is definitely enough to meet your daily needs.
