How to make instant coffee taste good? What can I add to it?

For instant coffee, there are different situations. Different ingredients require different brewing methods, so that it will taste better.

3-in-1 or 2-in-1 coffee

It is recommended to choose the amount of water according to the brewing suggestions on the back of the coffee, especially when you drink it for the first time, because many times, if too much water is used for some extra-strong coffee, the taste will become lighter, and the brewed coffee will not taste good.

In terms of the water temperature for instant coffee, it is recommended to choose coffee at around 90°. If you choose coffee that has just been boiled, the coffee may have a strong burnt bitter taste, which is not particularly pleasant. If the water temperature is lower, the flavor of some coffees will not come out so quickly, and the coffee will become a little bland.

When choosing a coffee cup, it is recommended to choose a mug or something like that instead of a disposable cup.

Instant pure coffee

Now there are many brands that have some pure instant coffee, some are sprayed, and some are freeze-dried. Although the taste is a little different, it is not too far away.

Generally speaking, most pure instant coffee can be brewed cold or hot, but it is still not recommended to use specially boiled water. It is not a big problem if the water temperature is a little lower. It depends on which one you like to drink, but in fact, I still think that coffee brewed with water around 90 degrees Celsius tastes better. I have drunk many brands of instant pure coffee, and the conclusion is that the lower the water temperature, the more obvious the sour taste will be. I have seen that many people in our country cannot adapt to the sour taste of coffee.

One good thing about instant pure coffee is that you can freely add some things to brew coffee. I have tried adding many things before, such as milk, honey, fruit, white sugar, brown sugar, ginger, lemon, etc. In the end, I personally prefer milk and honey. As for fruits, some fruits are also acceptable, such as grape juice, which I personally prefer. Watermelon always tastes a bit strange.

Recently, our baristas have been trying to add some fruits to coffee to replace white sugar, focusing on the taste while avoiding problems such as obesity that everyone is concerned about.
