Are there three standard taste flavors of good coffee ?
Sense of balance
The balance of bitter, sour and sweet tastes is the most important.
Some people like bitterness, some like sourness. Some people are obsessed with the sweet aftertaste. The so-called "sense of balance" of taste actually varies from person to person.
But which coffee bean is better for you?
The following is a LIST of common coffee bean flavors, please compare them yourself.
Table of taste and flavor of common single origin coffee beans
Kenya: Rich aroma, balanced acidity
Colombia has a rich and thick aroma, with bright high-quality acidity, high balance, and rich nutty flavor.
Mandheling Slightly sour and sweet, earthy aroma, thick and strong
Guatemala Rich, tobacco-like taste
Brazil Mild, moderately sour and bitter, soft aroma
Yejia Xuefei Fruity, almond, fermented wine aroma
Panama Tropical fruit, floral, slightly sour
Costa Rica: Active acidity, high sweetness, clean and rich taste
Body
The so-called mellowness is actually a kind of persistent taste. If the coffee tastes strong and has many flavors, it will be very fragrant and have a sweet aftertaste.
Cleanliness
Good coffee should not have too many impurities. At least it should be refreshing, and you will never feel any discomfort in your mouth or on your tongue after drinking it.
