Production steps

1. Weighing beans

Boil water.

In the process of boiling water

According to the capacity of the coffee cup,

Weigh the coffee beans.

TIPS: Usually the ratio of water to coffee beans is 1:15 .

For example: 225ml of water, use 15 grams of coffee beans.

2. Grinding

Grind the coffee beans into coffee powder using a coffee grinder.

3. Fold filter paper

Lay the filter paper flat.

Fold the filter paper along the fold line and place it in the filter paper cup.

4. Add powder

Pour hot water into the hand brewing pot and pour the ground coffee into the filter cup

Wet the filter paper and warm the cup. Pour the coffee powder on the filter paper a few times to spread it evenly.

TIPS: The water temperature in the filter cup should be between 89°C – 94°C .

Pour hot water in circles from the center outward until the water fills 70% to 80% of the filter cup.
