My husband loves coffee. When he lived in Japan, he drank it every day. After living together for a long time, I also drink it occasionally. He has just returned to China for work, so there is no coffee machine at home. When he came over, he prepared some simple hand-brewed coffee. When he has time, he will make a cup.

The brewing method is also very simple. Open the filter bag in the direction indicated by the arrow, then hang the left and right hanging ears on the cup, and add hot water. Add water slowly, and do not let the water overflow from the filter bag. If you want to drink a stronger drink, add less water. If you want to drink a lighter drink, add more. It is very convenient and adds some ritual to life. I saw on the news that there are many requirements for hand-brewed coffee in Japan, but we don’t understand it either, so just do what you like, and drink it yourself!
