Stop drinking instant coffee! Here's how to drink drip coffee, just as cheap and convenient as instant coffee!

Stop drinking instant coffee! Here's how to drink drip coffee, just as cheap and convenient as instant coffee!

What is drip coffee? In layman's terms, drip coffee is freshly ground coffee with its own filter paper. Fresh drip coffee is the same as the hand-brewed coffee you drink in a coffee shop, but it is more convenient to operate, just like instant coffee! The key is that it tastes good and is healthy! So if you drink instant coffee just because it is convenient or cheap, why not try drip coffee! It is healthier and tastier!

The brewing of drip coffee requires a little bit of hand-brew technique. Many people think it is very complicated. In fact, with a simple practice, brewing a cup of drip coffee is easier than frying an egg in the kitchen!

The drip coffee is made by directly packaging the ground coffee powder according to the amount of a cup of coffee, then sealing it, and brewing it using the drip method of hand-brewed coffee. If it is a better drip coffee, the package will be filled with nitrogen to preserve the freshness of the coffee to the maximum extent. A good cup of drip coffee can fully retain the various flavors of coffee. It is really the best choice for those who like high-quality coffee and pursue convenience and efficiency!

Compared with traditional boutique freshly ground coffee and instant coffee, drip coffee has too many advantages.

Drip coffee does not have as many additives as instant coffee, and even if it is commercially produced in large quantities, it is very healthy; as long as you have a cup, whether it is a mug or a coffee cup, or even a random water container, and a pot of hot water, you can enjoy it very conveniently; you can decide your own preferences for milk and sugar, and you can add syrup, cinnamon, etc. yourself, which is not inferior to coffee shops at all.

How to brew drip coffee:

I have explained the steps of hand brewing coffee in detail in the previous article. You can directly follow the hand brewing method to brew drip coffee! You only need to grasp three points in the whole brewing process.

1. Control the water temperature. Generally, coffee should not be brewed directly with boiling water. Water at 90 degrees Celsius is better. So after boiling, let it cool for three to five minutes. If the temperature is too high, it will easily steam excessively and taste burnt and bitter. If you don't have a kettle, you can directly use hot water from a water dispenser.

2. Control the amount of water . The packaged drip coffee is generally about 10 grams, and the amount of water used is 150 to 180 ml. This amount of water is the best. Of course, everyone has different tastes, so you can brew a few cups to find your own preference.

3. Master the process. Brewing is divided into two steps. The first step is steaming. Use about 20 ml of water to wet the coffee powder, let it stand for about 15 seconds, and then slowly pour water in circles, being careful not to pour it outside.

Imagine you are making a cup of instant coffee. You also need to open the package, use hot water, and stir it with a spoon or chopsticks, otherwise it will not be able to be brewed. In terms of convenience, drip coffee is not much different from instant coffee. Let's talk about the cost. In fact, the price of better instant coffee is almost the same as drip coffee. Find a nearby seller and try a few different beans. Generally, the cost of a bag of drip coffee is only two or three yuan.

But then again, if you take instant drinks with a lot of additives for a long time, it will inevitably damage your body, and you will have to spend more money. It’s better to drink something good! The price is not much more expensive, you can go to Taobao to compare the prices and you will know!
