Coffee beans quality: We know that more than 90% of the coffee beans on the market are grown from the following two types of coffee beans: Coffea Arabica and Caffea Robusta. Generally, the flavor of Robusta beans is relatively poor, sour, and dull. The flavor produced by different regions and climates is not very different. Before roasting, it smells like raw peanuts. After roasting, the flavor is usually between "barley tea flavor" (medium-light roasting) and "rubber tire flavor" (dark roasting), which is difficult to show delicate flavor. Therefore, its price is only half of Arabica beans.
